When a listing offers individually identified choices, such as Heart of the Night A–E, you choose that exact item. For grouped rooted plants, the listing explains how the available plants are allocated and current photographs or details are confirmed before payment.

A cutting is a stem section intended to form its own roots. A rooted plant has an established root system. A graft joins the desired cultivar to an established rootstock. Each has different handling needs; see The Morning After.

The cultivar should retain its genetic characteristics, but colour intensity, flower form and timing can shift with heat, light, season, nutrition and maturity. Photographs show real examples, not a promise that every bloom will look identical.

There is no honest fixed date. Rooting success, cultivar, cutting size, climate and care all affect maturity. A rooted or grafted plant may have a head start, but flowering still cannot be guaranteed by a particular season.

Photograph the unopened package, the packaging and the plant immediately, then contact us promptly. Do not discard anything until the delivery issue has been reviewed.
