Violet Brown is softer than the name suggests and far more glamorous than she needs to be.

Her blooms glow in buttery yellow and peach-kissed tangerine, with soft blushed tips that keep the palette warm and luminous.

The petals curl gently, giving the flowers a composed, polished look without flattening the personality.

She feels sunlit rather than loud: a cultivar with a golden soul and excellent timing.

I label every plant in my collection with tags made by my son Brock at BrockMark. He permanently laser-engraves them into weatherproof anodised aluminium, finishes each one with a stainless-steel wire loop and checks the spelling before the plants are left to defend their own identities.
