All curves, no apologies

J105

Molten tangerine. Berry streaks. No modesty.

Currently unavailableNo cuttings in this release

J105 does not arrive quietly. She curves into the room, takes the light and leaves modesty outside with the sensible shoes.

Her oversized petals spill open in molten tangerine, teasing berry streaks and a buttery golden centre that looks warm enough to be trouble.

At the edges, magenta tips fade into soft creamy whites, giving each bloom that stolen-sunset finish Steve caught in the original post.

There is nothing shy in the performance: full-throttle tropical attitude, dramatic form and a little too much confidence to pretend she is behaving.

J105 is now in The Black Book as a photographed collection cultivar, with the formal source trail still being documented rather than guessed.

J105, on the record.

The personality stays playful. The plant record stays precise—separating what is documented, what has been observed in this collection and what still needs confirmation. Every record is maintained by Steve as part of his private Perth collection.

BrockMark plant tags, permanent cultivar labels, with an engraved tag reading definitely not the pink one

Her name, written in metal

She deserves better than a fading marker.

I label every plant in my collection with tags made by my son Brock at BrockMark. He permanently laser-engraves them into weatherproof anodised aluminium, finishes each one with a stainless-steel wire loop and checks the spelling before the plants are left to defend their own identities.

If your own collection has started answering to “that pink one near the fence”, Brock can restore order.

Register the temptation

The private register is an expression of interest, not a commitment to buy. It helps Steve understand which cultivar should be encouraged to make a future appearance.
